By accessing and using DocuMind ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DocuMind is an AI-powered document automation platform that helps users create, manage, and collaborate on business documents. The Service integrates with Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides) to provide document generation and storage capabilities.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

  • Sign in using a valid Google account
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Be responsible for maintaining the security of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Use the Service to generate harmful, misleading, or fraudulent content

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned byDocuMind and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Documents you create using the Service remain your property.

6. Google Integration

The Service uses Google API Services. By using the Service, you also agree to be bound by Google's Terms of Service. We access your Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides only with your explicit permission and solely to provide the requested document services.

7. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service may require payment. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and revoking Google permissions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
